Each person requires their own unique login credentials — credential sharing is not permitted. No app download required! MDS Insight's mobile interface works through any standard web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.). This means it works on iOS, Android, tablets, and any device with a browser — with no installation, no app store approvals, and no version updates to manage. Just log in from your mobile browser and you're ready to go.
Custom development is billed at $185/hour. We'll provide an estimate before starting any work, and you'll approve the scope and budget upfront. We work in phases so you can see progress and maintain control over costs.
There's no separate setup fee. We include basic onboarding and training as part of your subscription. If you need extensive data migration or custom integration work during setup, that would be quoted separately as custom development.
